Wow. You don't even need a social security number to get a high school diploma from the center that awarded one to this dog.
I really feel for the people scammed by this; they can gain acceptance into any Texas community college or university... but how prepared will they be for the workload? I think these people will have to borrow amazing amounts of money to fund their remedial coursework before they even dabble in big-kid college courses.
Sad, really. They want an easy way out and they get it, only to flounder later.
